How do I make a booking?

Do you take phone bookings?
No, all our bookings are done on our website. But if you have a complicated booking, such as a large group, we’re more than happy to help give you advice before you book online.

What are your reception hours?
Mon to Fri - 9am to 5pm
Sat-Sun- 8am to 5pm
What happens if I need to check-in after you close?
Check-ins can be arranged outside of reception hours via our after-hours lock boxes. If you decide to check in after staffed hours, please contact our friendly staff so they can help set this up for you.
What happens if I need to check-out before you open?
Easy peasy. Drop your keys in the box and complete the online check-out via the email our system sends you.

What is the $250 pre-authorisation, why do you take it, and when do I get it back?
The $250 pre-authorisation is a security bond for your stay, which is chargeable should there be any damage to, or loss of, hotel property.
The $250 is put in a 'pending state' in your bank account and is only taken from your account should you be charged. In the likely instance that all is well with your room, the $250 will be released back to your bank up to two days after check out.
Please note that your bank may take up to 7 days to release the $250 back to you.
